Petite erreur sur le site

Il est noté : "préparez votre Noël à la Boutique On Line" et lorsque l'on clique, la page nous dit : "Ces actions sont disponibles uniquemement à la boutique du LS et non sur le shop internet." Ce n'est pas bien de ne pas relire ce que l'on écrit . Pas bien grave bien sûr, mais p'têt une ch'tite correction à apporter ?

Toute façon toi, tu ne fais jamais d'erreur...

Hello! I am a Lausanne-Sport Supporter from Canada. Please excuse my inability to communicate in French but it does not change my passion for the club. I do understand enough of the language but yet not confident to communicate in French.

I am writing today because I have a question regarding the online store and I have sent several emails to the shop with no reply. I have tried ordering the hooded sweatshirt and also the home shirt from this season but the site despite allowing me to register does not allow me to complete the order stating this
"La commande ne peut pas être traitée. Aucune code d'éxportation T.V.A. est définie!"

Does this mean the club will not ship to Canada?
If anyone can help that would be great. Should I phone the shop directly?

Also I am looking for anyone that might have some Lausanne shirts they wish to exchange? I am looking for official shirts with players name and number or shirts used in matches.

Good to know that our LS can count on international support :-).
How come that a Canadian is a Lausanne fan?

Regarding the shop, not sure they are used to ship worldwide and even if calling from Switzerland, the club rarely picks up the phone or replies to emails. Quite sa but that's life.
That being said, you should try to get in touch with Sidounette on this forum. She volunteers at the LS shop. Maybe you guys can figure out something to get your items shipped to Canada. She's really nice and helpful and I'm sure you will sort this out.
